Welcome to The Enclave of Breckinridge
Welcome to the The Enclave of Breckinridge Homeowner’s Association website. We are a gated, friendly neighborhood for
busy homeowners who desire low maintenance living located just east of George Bush Turnpike and close to Hwy. 75. We have
86 single-family homes built mostly by Grand Homes adjacent to Richardson’s 357 acre Breckenridge Park and in the highly
acclaimed Plano school district. We are also just a short drive from both Lake Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard.
Breckinridge Park consists of 357 acres of rolling hills and ponds. It includes three pavilions, 29 picnic tables,
11 benches, 16 soccer fields, playground equipment,
a 10 acre lake, over 4 miles of walking trails, restrooms, native wildflowers and wildlife. Our homeowners enjoy the park
throughout the year during sporting events, concerts and walking or biking for fun and exercise. The fantastic 4th of July
fireworks show can be seen from our own common creek area.

The Homeowner’s Association (HOA) is managed by Premier Properties and is directed by a volunteer Board of Directors and
committee chairpersons. Homeowners are encouraged to get involved and express opinions and desires to the Board. The HOA
is funded by bi-annual dues, which pays for maintenance of homeowners front yard and our common areas, social events,
newsletters and other miscellaneous expenses throughout the year. For more information about our community & its surroundings CLICK HERE!
