Before making your nominations consider the following: a yard must be neat, well groomed, weed free and fit with the overall
look that was intended for our neighborhood. Beds should be mulched and the addition of color is a plus. Everyone is qualified to be
nominated even if a yard has won before. In case of a tie the Landscaping Committee will cast the deciding vote. Make sure to look at all the streets in the
neighborhood Heatherbrook, Forestbrook, Valleybrook & Cedarbrook.
We hoop all of you will participate in our monthly contest by making you yard really stand out and by nomination your neighbors!
Community Associations are formed for the purpose of protecting property values and providing for the community.
Community Associations are administered through the establishment of a system of property rights, binding covenants and restrictions. In an effort to provide and protect each homeowner’s rights and property values, these restrictions are contained in the written document called the “Declaration:”which is acknowledged at the closing and is attached to the title of the home and lot.
Committees are the backbone of the Association and help to ensure the smooth operation of the day to day obligations required in the governing documents. Committees communicate effectively with one another and with the Management Company, Premier Communities. Each committee has specific job descriptions which outline their roles, responsibilities and limitations.
Landscaping Committee Goals:
• To work towards increased property values in the community by educating and encouraging owners in the community to keep their properties well maintained, through articles in the newsletters and yard-of-the-month programs.
• Be the eyes of the community for irrigation problems that require emergency attention.
