Community Associations are administered through the establishment of a system of property rights, binding covenants and restrictions. In an effort to provide and protect each homeowner’s rights and property values, these restrictions are contained in the written document called the “Declaration:”which is acknowledged at the closing and is attached to the title of the home and lot.
Committees are the backbone of the Association and help to ensure the smooth operation of the day to day obligations required in the governing documents. Committees communicate effectively with one another and with the Management Company, Premier Communities. Each committee has specific job descriptions which outline their roles, responsibilities and limitations.
Safety Committee Goals:
• Enhance safety awareness in the community.
• Take a leadership role in working withlocal law enforcement and organizing a crime-pervention network of block captains for every street in the neighborhood so that residents may watch out for one another.
• Investigate the latest ideas and trends in both property crimes and crimes against persons and how to prevent those types of crimes in the community, and communicating this information to the community.
