Congratulations to the EOB for winning Rookie of the Year neighborhood. We won this award for our participation in the 2007 National Night Out that was held on August 07, 2007. Thanks to the Social Committee, The Board & the Richardson Fire Department for making this such a great event! Most of all thank you to all the neighbors that came & helped out.
